PULP COVERS

This month, we’ve put a special focus on expanding our Pulp Covers section. This has allowed us to add 35 restored sci-fi covers from 1944 to 1978, 8 horror covers from 1933 to 1954, and 1 western cover from 1952.
The goal remains to offer the best 21 covers for each genre and for each year of the pulp era (and often beyond).
Month after month, this goal is getting closer and closer.

MORE PULPS

Three major publications in the history of pulp magazines have seen additions to our collection: ASTOUNDING SCIENCE-FICTION (October 1939), WEIRD TALES (July 1935) and THRILLING WONDER STORIES (Spring 1944). In them you can read, among other great authors, classics by Willy Ley, Edward E. Smith, Edmond Hamilton and Ray Cummings.

CLASSIC COMICS

We’re working to improve the display of some publications on our site. Various magazines and comics have benefited, including the first three issues of ACTION COMICS, one of which you can view below.

We have finally added two more issues of the fascinating shelter magazine HOUSE & GARDEN (March 1910, June 1910) to the other six in their section.
